Head of Digital Business

Responsibilites:

• Responsible for the overall financial performance of the digital operations, including profit and loss (P&L), and establishing suitable metrics to monitor and assess progress
• Make informed decisions regarding the appropriate digital channels and product combination, while allocating resources for marketing and customer acquisition to align with the overall business priorities
• Improve the current digital marketing capabilities by strengthening social media presence, creating compelling content, analyzing data, executing promotions and campaigns, optimizing search engine visibility, and effectively managing customer relationships
• Creating strategic digital partnerships and fostering an ecosystem that enhances the company's distribution capabilities

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Chinese
• 8 + years of experience in digital sale, preferably in the insurance industry
