My client is a famous fintech firm which is looking to hire a Head of FX Sales for SME team.

Job Description

Leading a team of 4, you will be responsible for

• driving the team to develop prospects, leading by example, mentoring and coaching your team
• pitching prospects and closing deals with new clients - face to face and by phone
• managing the relationship for new clients to ensure account opening process and trades are smooth
• providing actual and accurate forecast of the team's sales revenue
• recruiting and onbarding new teammates

The Successful Applicant

• Track Record of FX sales at other financial services firm (e.g. payment, fintech, cash management)
• Able to bring in new SME clients
• People management experience is a must
• Good communication
