1. Responsible for the category planning and life cycle management of fresh and refrigerated products in Hema NB business, and achieve category performance goals 2. Responsible for judging the market trends of the category, developing and introducing new suppliers, creating hot products and high-quality products that meet Hema's needs, and ensuring category competitive advantages 3. Responsible for the research of target consumer groups, and formulating relevant product category planning and product operation strategies based on consumer insights 4. Build and manage the product supply chain to ensure product supply while controlling quality and cost 5. Responsible for the establishment and optimization of the procurement process, and supervise its effective operation.
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above, 5 years or more of procurement experience, familiar with the characteristics of fresh products, those with procurement experience in chain retail, catering and other industries are preferred, and those with base procurement experience are preferred 2. Have a clear understanding of the procurement business process and system, and have strong predictive ability in the retail and consumer goods industries 3. Good at finding and developing suppliers, and can manage suppliers independently and efficiently 4. Buyer-type procurement, good at creating high-quality products through commodity operations 5. Have strong analytical judgment, forward-looking thinking, pressure-bearing ability and teamwork awareness.
