Our client, a Japanese trading company, is looking for a Japanese Speaking Sales Coordinator to join their team:
Duties:
• Prepare and Follow up on PO, and SO to ensure a timely delivery
• Coordinate with suppliers and clients in Asia
• Coordinate with forwarders and warehouse on delivery arrangements to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare reports and conduct inventory control
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
• Fresh graduates welcome
• 1 year of sales admin experience preferred
• High Diploma or above
• Fluent in English and Chinese, Japanese ability preferred (JLPT N2)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint &, etc.)
