Key Account Sales (MCN and Talent Advertising)

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for increasing the star map revenue of MCN and talent customers, and completing the advertising sales related to MCN and talents (including but not limited to short video business order heating, live broadcast room flow, etc.) 2. Actively collect market information, understand the talent ecology and business order flow related products of competitive media, efficiently implement the product/business strategy formulated by the company, continuously develop talent and MCN resources, tap customer needs and new business opportunities, and complete sales targets and customer development plans 3. Responsible for the customer management of the CRM system, classify customers and manage relationships, establish good customer relationships with customers, and provide high-quality pre-sales and after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of experience in key customer sales or business operations, those with experience in talent marketing, live broadcasting and advertising sales are preferred 2. Have certain sales strategy planning and analysis capabilities, be sensitive to market trends and needs, and have excellent interpersonal and business negotiation skills, proposal capabilities and sales skills 3. Have good project management capabilities, strong understanding and excellent communication skills, and be able to provide accurate and effective solutions 4. Strong communication skills, enthusiasm for sales work, self-motivation, and the ability to adapt to business trips.
