. Delivers an accountable business growth (Volume and Contribution Margin) of e-Mobility, especially for target applications.
. Manages and supports cross-countries to acquired and commercialized opportunities pipelines of e-Mobility, especially for target applications.
. Monitors and supports e-Mobility business operations in Asia Pacific.
. Obtains market insights to build business plan, including pricing strategy and product positioning.
. Defines product portfolio for e-Mobility segment with Performance Material Unit. - Excite Customers
. Identifies and prioritize key applications and customers and execute engagement plan.
. Drives new customers and new applications develop in e-Mobility according to e-Mobility strategy and objectives.
. Develops and promotes new Engineering Plastic (EP) solution to OEMs, Key Accounts and gain the projects with country team.
. Drives e-Mobility customer engagement plans - strategic OEMs and TOP Tiers.
. Drives execution of the e-Mobility co-creation projects with customer. - Accelerate Innovation
. Drives e-Mobility application and product innovations to meet customer/industry new needs.
. Accelerates internal innovation to meet e-Mobility customer's fast development needs.
. Support to enhance regional technical competency and capability levels in line with business and customer developments. - Inspire People
. Cooperates with stake holders (Marketing, Technical Development, Product Development and country team) for e-Mobility business development.
. As a virtual team leader, provides coaching and capability development to country team members. - Live Sustainability
. Supports the Implementation of A-PMA Sustainability Roadmap in Asia with promote sustainability solution to e-Mobility customers which includes Chemcycling, Mechanical Recycling, BMB solutions, Bio based Materials. - Embrace Digitalization
. 100% use of salesforce for project pipeline management.
. Implement and support development of Department (A-PMA) and China strategy based on target customer experience.
. Enhance marketing promotions in social media - WeChat, Google & LinkedIn etc.
. Drive 3+ Webinars for e-Mobility marketing promotions. Job Requirements:-- Possess with Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Polymer, Chemistry or equivalent, such as Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
- Has at least 5-7 years technical sales working experience preferably with Engineering Plastics industry or e-Mobility industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Engineering Plastics, technical know-how and e-Mobility applications.
- E-Mobility application development experiences will be a plus point.
