Marketing Communications Officer

We operate 4 upmarket boutique hotels at the heart of Hong Kong Island: The Putman, The Jervois, 99Bonham and One96. To cope with our expansion plans, we are now inviting high caliber candidates to join our group.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Explore and identify cooperation opportunities with other marketing partners for joint promotions
• Execute and drive marketing and promotion campaigns on various platforms
• Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
• Maintain and update the hotel’s website and digital platforms
• Maintain Brand Standard and carry out site audit regularly
• Manage marketing materials including sales brochures, advertisements, newsletters, eDMs, etc
• Monitor, analyze and report campaign performance on a regular basis

Job Requirements

• A relevant degree is required
• A minimum 2-year working experience in the area of marketing communications is required
• Knowledge and experience in digital marketing, e.g. search engine marketing, Google Analytics and Facebook/Instagram advertisement is a plus
• Knowledge of Autocad and Photoshop software
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Well-organized, good problem solving, communications and interpersonal skills
• Independent, flexible, attentive to details and able to meet deadlines
• Less experience are welcome and will be considered as Marketing Communications Co-ordinator
