職位描述:

1. 負責發展本地一般保險業務，熟悉合規和銷售程序；
2. 規劃發展和戰略，實現任務目標；
3. 推動銷售和營銷活動，提高營銷活動和銷售滲透率；
4. 通過經紀人和代理人為公司業務準備報價、回答查詢和處理保險申請；
5. 與業務合作夥伴建立和維護良好的關係；
6. 持續跟蹤保險市場最新動態。

 

要求 :
- 本科及以上學歷者優先
- 持有保險中介人資格牌照（卷一, 卷二）
- 持有或正考取ANZIIF或CII等專業資格者優先
- 具備3至5年或以上一般保險工作經驗，有保險公司的工作經驗者優先
- 有較強的人際交往能力、溝通能力和團隊合作精神
- 工作態度上主動、獨立，以結果及服務質量為重
- 熟練掌握中英文閱讀、口語及寫作能力，粵語熟練者優先考慮

Job Description：

1.Responsible for developing local general insurance business, Ensure compliance and sales to improve the business productivity and efficiency;
2. Plan development and strategy to achieve assigned mission goals;
3. Drive sales and marketing activities to increase campaign and sales penetration;
4. Prepare quotations, answer enquiries and handle insurance applications for Corporate Business through Broker and Agents 
5. Build and Maintain good relationships with business partners
6. Insurance market information updates review

 

Requirement:
- Applicants with bachelor degree or above are preferred
- Insurance certification (Paper I&II) 
- Holders of ANZIIF or CII are preferred
- 3 ~ 5 Years or above working experience in General Insurance, preferable in Insurer Field
- Strong interpersonal, good communication and team work spirit
- Self-starter, Independent, results- oriented and service-oriented attitude
- Excellent in reading, speaking and writing in Chinese and English, Cantonese preferred
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer
