Procurement Officer

Victoria Shanghai Academy ( is a private independent, non-denominational, co-educational school authorized to deliver three of the International Baccalaureate Programmes. VSA is now recruiting an enthusiastic and committed person for the above position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for procurement activities for the School including sourcing, negotiating, contract management and supplier relationship
• Assist in day-to-day procurement operations
• Provide after-sales services for any purchases including fix assets maintenance
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Procurement, Finance or related field
• Minimum 3 years working experience in procurement
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Hands-on experience in project management would be an advantage
• Proficient in MS office application
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and under pressure
