Product Officer / Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Spearhead the evolution and execution of digital wealth initiatives, driving business acquisition, managing end-to-end capabilities, and optimizing return on investment​
• Lead the product lifecycle from planning to launch, encompassing development, testing, and post-launch operations for innovative digital financial transaction interfaces
• Steer the design and enhancement of user interfaces in collaboration with UX/UI designers, fostering a customer-centric approach in all initiatives
• Establish and continuously refine SOP operation processes, and manage the P&L of the products (Wealth Management)​
• Drive digital marketing strategy, keeping abreast of the latest trends and innovative practices, and leading execution across communication channels​​
• Leverage social media platforms to amplify brand presence and foster positive word of mouth
• Initiate and manage cross-industry (e-commerce) marketing collaboration projects, coordinating with sales and marketing teams to boost brand awareness and reach​​
• Monitor competitive landscape, staying informed of acquisitions, pricing changes, new products, and features to ensure competitive advantage​​
• Assist the department head in overseeing the projects and daily operations

 

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder in Finance / eCommerce / Computer Science / Data Analytics / Risk Management or related disciplines
• More than 1 year’ experience in securities / banking / finance industry, preferably in digital finance / digital banking / Fintech development
