Purchasing Officer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing and purchasing of food and non-food items.
• Monitor new products and inventory control of food and non-food items.
• Prepare regular purchase forecast and inventory control reports.
• Handle quotation with vendors.
• Follow up purchase orders and delivery arrangement.
• Communicate with suppliers with regards to new orders, special projects, to discuss new product information and arrange shipments.
• Work closely with internal sales team for shipment schedule and arrangement.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in procurement or related discipline
• 2-3 years' relevant experience in Catering / F&B or related industry
• Well organized with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, detail minded and strong time management
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

MORE experience will be considered as Senior Purchasing Officer.
