Recruitment Consultant / Account Executive / Tele-Sales

Due to our fast expansion, we are now looking for talented individuals to join the recruitment professional team URGENTLY .  

Responsibilities:

• Conduct candidate search and selection process, identify potential candidates to match clients' needs and requirements.
• Make recommendations for the candidates before client-interview, evaluate candidates' needs and wants.
• Build and maintain database of candidate pool and manage recruitment-related reports.

Requirements:

• DSE/ F.7/ Diploma / Degree in Marketing, IT, Business or related
• Experience in Recruitment would be an advantage BUT NOT essential
• Working experience or knowledge in IT industry / Banking & Finance is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Immediate available will be a great advantage
• Applicants with 5+ years' Executive Search experience will be considered for Managerial Role
• Fresh graduates will be considered for a junior  role
