Relationship/Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:  

• Identify and acquire new clients 
• Provide institution sales and global markets service to meet institutional and high net worth client’s financial needs
• Achieve business targets in revenue and AUM
• Offer total financial solutions to clients by leveraging products of Funds, Bonds, Notes, Equity etc.
• Conduct regular portfolio review and re-balancing with clients to identify clients' needs and offer suitable products recommendations
• Be proactive in client acquisition
• Communicates effectively and efficiently to internal and external stakeholders
• Comply with internal/external regulations and guidelines
• Support a risk and compliance aware culture and comply with group policies

Requirements:

• College or University and above
• Solid knowledge and has a viewpoint on Taiwan FINI, the Greater China, and/or Japan markets and economy a MUST
• With SFC dealing in security license (type 1 & 9) preferred
• Other relevant license is a plus
• Willing to travel overseas
• Over 5 years' relevant experience in wealth management, institutional sales or global markets 
• Candidate with less experience may be considered as Relationship/Business Development Officer 
• Sales-oriented with proven sales record and performance, strong network in Taiwan and greater China
• Good communication, interpersonal skills
• Bilingual language skills in Mandarin and English
• Candidate with working experience in Taiwan or greater China Area, especially in financial institution is highly preferred
