[Replacement] Sales Assistant

Our client, a Japanese trading company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Japanese-speaking Sales Assistant (Ref: #49172)

Job Descriptions:

• Coordinate closely with Mainland suppliers and Japan HQ to follow up sales/ purchase orders
• Handle order inquiries prepare invoice, shipping and L/C documents
• Assist sales team members, for example, sales and inventory data entry
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Line Manager
  

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcomed!
• Proficient in spoken English, Mandarin and Japanese
• Good command of PC skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Sincere and humble learning attitude
