Sales Assistant, Cross-border Private Wealth Department

Job Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with Relationship Manager, provide effective and efficient sales support.
2. Provide professional service to clients and potential clients.
3. Handle daily administrative and operational tasks for the department.
4. Assist in handling client account opening.
5. Perform document checking to ensure all trade transactions comply with internal procedures, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

 

Job Requirements:

1. University degree holder in Economics, Finance or other relevant disciplines
2. 1 year or more relevant experience in the financial industry.
3. Preferred to have HKMA/SFC License.
4. Good communication skills with a strong sense of responsibility.
5. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
6. Candidates with more experience will be considered as 'Associate.'
