Sales Coordinator (Collectors Toy) ( months contract

Responsibilities:

 

• Support sales & marketing team
• Execute sales administrative work
• Handle replacement sample
• Issue sales & purchase documents, PO/ CO data processing
• Arrange regular & early samples
• Arrange label / license sticker materials to factory 
• Handle Fedex invoice
  
   

Requirements:

 

• Form 5 or above
• 2 years related working experience 
• Knowledge of SAP & toys will be an advantage
• Good communication skill in English, Cantonese and Mandarin 
• Proactive, independent, mature, self-motivated, detail oriented and good team player

****Fresh from university will also be considered. ****
