Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out business opportunities through cold calling
• Approach prospective clients and arrange for presentations
• Achieve sales target
• Prepare quotation and invoice
• Coordinate with designers for cover design and layout
• Work closely with clients to meet their specific needs
• Handle customer enquiries and compliant
• Work out production schedule

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in sales, marketing or any other related field
• Superior language and communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Outgoing, pro-active and self-motivated
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Good time management and multi-tasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
• Ability to work under pressure and strict timeframes
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales and marketing role preferably in financial printing industry (for Senior Sales Executive)
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and marketing role preferably in financial printing industry (for Sales Executive)
