We manage assignments from entry level to Senior Executive level on an interim, contract and permanent basis.

We are hiring Sales Growth Associate (25-30K x 12+ Quarterly Comm) for our client.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a high level of customer engagement for the portfolio of 300+ potential merchant through phone calls and emails
• Understand of merchants’ business model to leverage them adopt to our e-platform 
• Identify growth potential and develop your portfolio by adding new business opportunities
• Provide Up / Cross-selling to merchants in order to meet & exceed quarterly targets
• Provide effective feedback to the product team to prioritise development tasks and suggest new product features;
• Might need to prepare and present workshop event for our merchants if necessary

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or equivalent
• 3 years customer support, B2B, software related experience
• POS experience is a plus
• Positive attitude, patient with people and willing to learn
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Cantonese
• Proficiency in typing both English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
