Sales Manager - China Region

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for business development aspect with a primary focus on generating sales revenue and lead generation within vendor community serving global retailers
• Formulate market development plans, positioning, and pricing recommendations
• Solicit and analyze market feedback including review from sales team.
• Identify business opportunities and develop selling strategies and executing those strategies 
• Work with cross functional team to propose solutions that help contribute to operation
• Understanding market and competitive landscape, conducting competitor analysis
• Competent reporting to management

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in Business Management, Marketing, Textiles, or related disciplines
• 3+ years of solid sales experience and proven track record
• Solid experience in supply chain of apparel retail or other retail industries with RFID and IoT knowledge in China and global market is advantageous
• Proficient in assessing customer needs. 
• Excellent client engagement, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong selling, consulting, and negotiation skills
• Experience in conducting market and territory analysis and planning.
• Ability to present data in a logical concise manner.
• Experience within apparel labeling or packaging sector a distinct advantage 
• Details-oriented, customer-focused, initiative-taking, and able to work under tight deadlines
• Ability to work within a highly matrix organization with a multicultural environment and diverse workforce. 
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Willing to Travel
• Immediate available is highly preferred
