Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall online distribution channels content management;
• Ensure hotel content/offers are up-to-date and consistent with brand strategies on the online sales channels;
• Implement promotional offers on brand and third-party online channels;
• Manage and update eDM and relevant social media’s online sales campaign;
• Monitor online reviews and listings on the most popular review sites;
• Ensure the hotel maintains data integrity across all online distribution channels;

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the hotel sales industry specializing in the e-Business segment is preferable;
• Degree or diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Knowledge on PMS system & Channel Manager is preferred;
• Good computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales Manager – Online Business;
