Job Description

Our client is a leading health care distributor that provides products and services to consumers. we would like to invite dynamic sales-driven individuals to apply for the role of  Distribution Sales Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales team and sales operations;
• Continuously drive the team members to increase and maximise productivity and team sales volume;
• Promote the company’s products and services to new and existing customers;
• Source new distribution channels for the company;
• Establish and maintain business relationships with clients;
• Provide strategic advice to management;
• Act as a brand ambassador and promote the company in a positive manner.

Requirements:

• Have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or related disciplines;
• Have at least 5 years’ experience in FMCG / Pharmaceuticals industry
• Have experience and knowledge with chain store operations and sales management;
• Strong sense of business acumen, with good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Sales motivated, team player and able to establish relationships;
• Strong attention to detail, able to think strategically and analytical;
• Are able to speak Cantonese, English and Mandarin
