Sales Officer - Membership

GS1 Hong Kong creates an ecosystem by offering a series of services and technical solutions leveraging GS1 global standard to GS1 HK members, facilitate them adapt to online trading and omni-channel business environment. In order to cope with our strategic initiatives, we are cordially invited a high caliber to apply for the following position: -

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage the existing or new GS1 HK members.
• Recruit potential GS1 HK members and support on the membership management.
• Work close with partners and providers to offer valuable solutions to GS1 HK members.
• Arrange meetings and events on promoting valuable solutions to GS1 HK members.
• Warm call to GS1 HK members for support GS1 HK events.
• Oversee service delivery and sales lead of Digital Services team.
• Engage members to create loyalty and stickiness relation.
• Support to promote digital services related events/ seminars/ projects.
• Research industry trend, competitor capabilities and sales activities
• Support ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or Degree holder
• 2+ years working experience in business development and handling both clients/members and partners/vendors relationships.
• Fast learner, out-going personality and willing to take responsibility
• Strong in clients facing skills, calling skills, problem solving skills and negotiation skills.
• Strong in preparing PowerPoint and comfort to present in front of people.
• A good team player with ability to work independently and work under pressure are must.
• Able to effectively priorities and manage multi-tasking to meet deadlines
• Highly organized and detail oriented plus event/project management skills is advantage
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
