Job Description:-

• Provide daily operation supports to Sales team
• Assist with show flat/project setup when necessary (local and overseas)
• Liaise with logistical department to monitor daily operations & observe inventory management
• Handle client inquiries and provide customer services
• Handle ad hoc tasks and any other assigned duties as requested

Requirements: -

• Secondary graduated / Diploma or above with 2 years working experience preferably in customer services field or relocation industry
• Good in written & spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin is preferable
• Proficient in PC based program, MS WORD, MS EXCEL, E-MAIL etc.
• Self-motivated, independent & can work under pressure
• Good communication, team working and problem-solving skills
• Energetic, flexible, and positive approach to work attitude
• Responsible, well organized, detail-minded
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Sales Support Officer
