Senior Business Analyst (Sales)

Our client is a well-known garment company. They are actively looking for a senior business analyst to join their team.

• New headcount
• Business analysis + Data analysis + Dashboard reporting
• Familiarity with BI tools

Job responsibilities:

• Provide analytical support for the Asia Pacific region on funnel management, sales reporting, and data analysis
• Partner with regional sales leaders and analysts to standardize sales processes and workflows across Asia Pacific markets
• Manage key performance reports for the Asia Pacific sales leadership team
• Evaluate current business processes and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and drive improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement process enhancements

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field like Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Business, or related area
• Strong analytical skills with excellent command of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.) and Power BI
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Fluent in both written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
• Demonstrated success working with regional/cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
• Proficiency with common MS Office tools like PowerPoint
• Numerically strong with keen attention to detail
