What you will do:

• Assist the Director of Events in maximizing the event sales of the hotel
• Identify potential business for event planning and services; preferably engaged with hotel
• Ensure seamless event implementation to secure the clients satisfaction
• Drive customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout their experience
• Meet sales goals and target set by the company

What you should have:

• Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience as Event Sales Manager
• Good customer service, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
• Effective communication and proficient in English and Cantonese are essential
