Job Description - SIMULATION Partner Sales Manager

Role description & Responsibilities

SIMULIA team is in need of a partner sales manager to grow simulation business in East CHINA .

Your main responsibility including:

. Develop regional channel strategy and plan for SIMULIA & SIMULIAWORKS business

. Manage regional VAR (pipeline, technical enablement) along with partner enablement team

. Enlist new VARs fro SIMULIA new acquisitions

. Drive regional program to promote simulia business and generate leads

. Guide and mentor industry teams, partners, and create credible pipeline to meet and exceed annual targets.

. Engage with major account customers directly

Qualifications

. Bachelor's degree, 5-10 years of sales experience in both direct sales and channel management in software industry

. With Simulation knowledge and experience preferred

. Strong communication skill (Chinese & English)is required
