KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Store Supervisor will oversee the daily activities, support the team to achieve sales target and enhance customer service.

• Handle daily store operation, administration and management. 
• Lead and motivate a small sales team, implement effective CRM strategies and ensure to meet the sales targets.
• Analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive continuous business growth.
• Act as a brand ambassador. Drive excellent customer service standards and implement strategies effectively.
• Monitor stock inventories in an effective and organized way.
• Maintain high standard of brand image and shop display in line with corporate guideline.
• Prepare sales report for management review.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales or store operation experience, luxury industry preferred.
• Energetic, outgoing, strong sense of responsibility and proactive 
• Customer oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin
• Immediately available or short notice is highly preferred.
