Accounting Officer

Our client is one of the leading trading/manufacturing companies, with a dynamic and globally recognized company based in Hong Kong with diverse business interests. We are helping their Finance team to hire an experienced Accountant to join their ranks, with a primary focus on Accounts Payable functions.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the full spectrum of accounting activities and prepare monthly reports for group reporting
* Create invoices, vouchers, and in-house reports/reconciliations
* Develop monthly cash flow forecasts
* Support annual audit and tax filing processes
* Assist in preparing annual forecasts/budgets
* Handle accounting tasks independently, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
* Contribute to financial and accounting projects and handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting
* Preferably 2 years or more of relevant work experience
* Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
* Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
* Self-motivated, collaborative team player with strong organizational and analytical skills
* Flexible and able to work independently
* Energetic with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
* Immediate availability is preferred
