AI/Big Model Development Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI/Big Model Development Engineer to support our Digitalization team in cutting-edge research in Natural Language Processing and Deep Learning. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and deploying deep learning/big language models in vertical segments to meet the needs of our customers.

1. Design and develop deep learning models, including but not limited to NLP, speech recognition and image processing fields
2. Select, fine-tune and improve models according to actual business needs
3. Optimize model performance and improve model accuracy and efficiency
4. Work with a team of data scientists and engineers to preprocess data and perform feature engineering
5. Write and review relevant technical documents to ensure the maintainability and scalability of the model
6. Keep an eye on the latest deep learning technologies and introduce appropriate algorithms and technologies into the project.

Qualifications

1. Master's degree in computer science, mathematics or related fields, more than 3 years of work experience, and engineering implementation experience related to deep learning and NLP
2. Familiar with Python language, as well as commonly used deep learning/NLP frameworks (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformer), C++ is a plus
3. Experience in OpenAI/Microsoft Cloud, etc. Experience in development/deployment of AI ecological projects
4. Have an in-depth understanding of deep learning and natural language processing, have relevant project experience, be able to think and conduct research independently, be able to make reasonable assessments of business goals and model performance, and have practical project experience in the connection/data link/iterative closed loop between AI models and existing digital systems
5. Have a team spirit and be able to communicate effectively with team members from different backgrounds
6. Familiarity with the development process of automotive parts is a plus
7. Have certain experience in prototyping/development/fine-tuning/deployment of large models and AIGC-related products, and understanding excellent open source projects such as LlaMa and ChatGLM is a plus.
