Application Developer, Java & Web Technologies

Job Duties :

• Provide support for internal applications used within the organization.
• Provide Level 1 to 3 support for applications, including troubleshooting, bug fixing, and resolution of technical issues.
• Monitor application performance and resolve issues to ensure smooth operation.
• Collaborate with the offshore team to provide incident support and perform root cause analysis.
• Communicate effectively with the offshore team, clients, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of technical solutions based on business requirements.
• mplement enhancements to improve application functionality.
• Document processes, procedures, and technical specifications.

Requirement :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1-2 years experience and knowledge in application development and support, preferably in insurance or finance.
• Experience with web development technologies such as Node.js, Next.js, React and PHP preferred.
• Knowledge in MuleSoft, Azure, OpenShift and Dynatrace for application integration, deployment and monitoring is a nice-to-have.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for software development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
