Assistant Consultant / Consultant

Role description:

• Design and run large projects / workstreams or small projects with limited oversight
• Produce client ready deliverables that require limited review
• Develop solutions to complex problems and challenge the thinking of more senior colleagues and clients
• Experience in process and policy development, large change management projects and organisation transformation
• Contribute to primary and secondary research, quantitative data collection and analysis, business analysis, and development and application of frameworks and methodologies to achieve client objectives
• Undertake stakeholder workshops and run design thinking workshops with senior leadership
• Liaise effectively with clients whilst working on engagements and act as an ‘ambassador’ for Arcadis
• Develop rapport and working relationships with junior/ mid-level clients and maintain them outside of engagements

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in: − Tier 1 & 2 strategy houses
• Strategy consulting or Management consulting in a big 4 / similar firm − Corporate strategy / Corporate development
• String storyboarding, slide structuring and writing capabilities
• Analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity, structured thinking, and creativity
• Confidence, people skills, ambition and pragmatism
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; Chinese written and oral communication proficiency are an advantage
