Assistant Facade Product Manager

Responsibilite:

1. Develop and implement product strategies, considering factors such as building codes, environmental impact, and client requirement.
2. Review architectural and engineering drawings to ensure feasibility, compliance, and integration of facade systems.
3. Collaborate with project teams to establish design and performance criteria for facades, including materials selection, thermal performance, acoustic properties, and structural integrity.
4. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to procure high-quality facade materials and components within budget and schedule constraints.
5. Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks during construction to ensure adherence to design specifications and industry standards.
6. Manage and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the facade product installation process.
7. Oversee the commissioning and testing of facade product systems to validate their performance and functionality.
8. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the entire facade lifecycle.

Requirement

1. Higher diploma or above in architecture, civil engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Facade product Manager or similar role, with a strong background in facade design, construction, and maintenance.
3. Extensive knowledge of facade product systems, materials, and technologies, including their performance characteristics and installation methods.
4. Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to facades.
5. Proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant tools for facade design and analysis.
6. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
8. Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to quality control and assurance.
9. Problem solving abilities to identify and resolve technical issues related to facade design, installation, and performance.
