Assistant Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

 

• Achieve sales and P&L target for assigned customers
• Increase product listing & distribution and brand presence at retails level
• Plan and initiate trade promotion
• Monitor closely on monthly sales budget, rolling forecast, sell out & sell thru report
• Monitor pricing and competitive activities to trade
• Meet and build close relationship with customers 
• Coordinate with Marketing for consumer advertising & promotion
• Follow up with operation / finance team on matters relating to order fulfillment channel, billing and credit issues
• Understand market situation by conducting market research and store visit
• Stock management, including consignment stock at store
• Liaise with internal department to source and develop new products
• To train and develop promoter team to enhance the sales and brand communication to front line sales / end customers
• Manage customers marketing like POP materials, image counter, product display etc. 

Required Qualifications:  

• A Bachelor degree in Marketing / Business / Communications or related disciplines
• Minimum five relevant experience 
• Good verbal, written and listening skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English 
• Experience in home appliances / personal care fields is an advantage
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Be proactive to solve problem and to work 
• Be a team player to perform overall sales and marketing target
