Backend R&D Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Clarify the technical goals that the team needs to achieve, and collaborate with business domain experts, algorithm engineers, data analysis teams and other cross-functional teams to achieve core goals 2. Design and improve system architecture to ensure service stability and performance 3. Assume the role of content security manager for international business, continuously think about and promote business optimization 4. Promote key projects and cross-functional teams to achieve business goals together 5. Help various international new products meet business security standards in relevant markets, and successfully launch and develop continuously.

Qualifications

1. Passion for programming, solid programming skills, good data structure and algorithm skills 2. Proficient in at least one language among Python, Go, PHP, C++, Java 3. Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, good communication and teamwork skills 4. Experience and ability in rapid troubleshooting of production systems 5. Good product awareness, willing to take product effects as the most important driving factor of work.
