Brand Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, setting performance targets, conducting evaluations, and ensuring overall team effectiveness and productivity.
• Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy.
• Create a comprehensive brand strategy, including brand positioning, target markets, and brand communication strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities, providing insightful analysis and reporting to senior management on market trends and business growth opportunities.
• Lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation, such as media relations management, press releases, public speaking, and social media management.
• Manage the sales process, monitor sales activities, analyze sales data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize sales performance.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including dealers and social media platforms.

Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Experience in F&B, logistics, supply chain is a plus.
• Demonstrate extensive expertise in brand management. Able to formulate brand strategies according to industry.
• Exhibit strong coordination, communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
• Be a self-starter, self-motivated, and comfortable operating with strategic direction and autonomy to deliver results.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
