Job Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze user requirements, workflows, and perform gap analysis.
• Draft technical specifications for applications or enhancements.
• Create user guides and provide training on applications and enhancements.
• Conduct testing for new system flows and processes.
• Perform unit and integration testing of developments and prepare test reports.
• Provide post-Go-live technical support for enterprise applications.
• Ability to support applications such as SAP and other in-house systems

Job Requirements:

• University graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology, or other related disciplines
• At least 2 years of experience in a business/application analyst or related
• Knowledge of finance and accounting, with experience in any ERP system is an advantage
• Knowledge of Trading/ Supply Chain is a plus
• Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Good team player and communicator in a multicultural environment, well-organized.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
