Business Development Manager

Job Role & Responsibility

• Identify market opportunities for Hong Kong & Macau Aftersales and provide Total Solution covering Mechanical, Body & Paint, EV solutions, Car Beauty, Accessories, Parts and any automotive related service. 
• Research and build network with new and potential business partners, building business case and pricing the solution / service for customer.
• Support GC Aftersales to focus on improving fleet Customer Ownership Experience, grow Fleet Service Retention and Customer Pay business.
• Arrange and oversee regular aftersales meetings with fleet customers and service providers, keep track of and record the status and feedback using dashboard, ensuring high level of service quality and actively following through on customer feedback for thorough data analysis.
• Lead the liaison with business partners, service providers, Aftersales operations and other related departments on tender, contract, solution / service specifications proposals
• Maintain an up-to-date fleet customer record covering fleet type and size, contact point, service contract, potential opportunities, follow up status etc.
• Ensure compliance with local ordinances, company policies and operational standards

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor degree in Business Management, Sales Management, Engineering or equivalent
• Proven experience in automotive Aftersales / Sales / Business Development
• Strong business acumen with good commercial & data analysis sense, a good negotiator and presenter
• Excellent influencing, problem solving and interpersonal communication skills
• Highly resilient, self-motivated and passionate to develop new business
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
