Content Operations

Responsibilities

1. Build a content output incentive mechanism, and through operational strategies, effectively stimulate creators to produce content that meets the needs of the platform, and improve the diversity and sustainability of the platform's content 2. Responsible for the full-link management of community content, the production and introduction of content in key categories to all aspects of distribution, to ensure the high quality and richness of community content 3. Expand and maintain the platform's KOL resource library, increase the activity of KOLs by maintaining, activating and introducing KOLs, and promote the vitality and voice of the community 4. Maintain a good relationship with core users, have empathy and clear logic be able to formulate incentive plans according to goals, and effectively use resources to improve the activity of core authors 5. Track and analyze operational effects through data, iterate operational plans, and continuously improve core indicators.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, two years or more of operation-related work experience 2. Have technical perception, strict requirements on content quality, have a strong interest in technical communities, content products and operations, and like to make friends with 'developers' 3. Have strong sensitivity and judgment on content and data, have a mature KOL operation system and methodology, heavy users of Internet products, and are familiar with the functional characteristics and community culture of developer fields, IT technology industry products. 4. Open-minded, divergent thinking, like to engage in creative and brain-opening work 5. Those with work experience in the field of AI artificial intelligence are preferred.
