We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Arts and Social Sciences :

Course Developer (Freelance) (TRAN3354ACD/TRAN3355ACD) (A&SS) (Ref: 24000PD)

Major Duties and Responsibilities

The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:

• writing a study guide to supplement a designated textbook for an introductory psychology course at undergraduate level;
• developing self-tests and activities to consolidate students’ learning and application of the theoretical concepts; 
• making assessments to evaluate students’ progress and performance; and
• performing any other duties as assigned.

Candidates

Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

• a higher degree in psychology;
• good English and Chinese writing proficiency;
• organisation and communication skills are essential; and
• publications and teaching experiences in tertiary education institutions are preferred. 

Terms and Conditions for Appointment

Successful candidate will be appointed on a freelance basis.
