Cross-Platform R&D Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the research and development of developer experience related services and tools for cross-platform technologies, including developer websites, documentation, sample codes, API design and governance, etc., to ensure that developers have an excellent experience when using our software framework 2. Collect and analyze developers' feedback and needs, pay attention to the development ecology of cross-platform technologies, and work with developers to create an excellent technical framework experience 3. Plan and formulate the implementation route of projects related to the cross-platform development ecology, and promote the optimization of R&D processes.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above in computer science or electronic engineering or other related majors 2. Proficiency in one or more programming languages: C/C++, Objective-C/Swift, Java/Kotlin, JavaScript/TypeScript 3. A deep understanding of common data structures, algorithms, computer networks, and operating system knowledge 4. Good project management and organizational skills to drive improvements in developer experience good communication and expression skills to clearly convey technical concepts and guidance to developers 5. Good English reading and writing skills, able to read and understand technical documents in English. Bonus points: 1. Experience in cross-platform software framework development, familiar with common cross-platform development tools and frameworks such as React Native and Flutter. 1. Master front-end development technology and be able to improve the interface and interaction of products or platforms 2. Participated in open source contributions to technologies such as React, Flutter, Chromium, or served as a major contributor to high-quality open source projects active in the technology community 3. Good at technical presentations, with relevant experience as a lecturer, technical evangelist, etc. 4. Have a deep understanding of user experience and be able to optimize the usability of products from the perspective of developers. Be passionate about new technologies and be able to continuously learn and adapt to the ever-changing technological environment.
