CRUISE, Operations Executive/Senior Operations Executive/Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, cruise lines to ensure the availability and quality of services and supplies.
• Responsible for maximizing cruise bookings and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals. 
• Coordinate with cruise companies to manage regular promotional campaigns.
• Manage all aspects of cruise operations, ensuring that all cruise tours run smoothly and efficiently.
• Be part of a vibrant and energetic cruise team to deliver sales revenue and passenger numbers.
• Work closely with cruise consultant to address guest concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a positive guest experience.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Travel or Tourism or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in Cruise products and operations.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in MS Office application and Chinese word processing.
• Sound knowledge of GDS reservation systems such as Amadeus is preferred.
• Must be digital savvy and good with web applications and computers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, flexible and able to work independently.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Operations Executive / Operations Manager .
