Responsibilities
1. Use data insights to identify and implement strategies that have an important impact on Pangle's business growth 2. Work closely with developers to define and track key indicators to ensure mutual growth of both parties 3. Actively monitor daily data performance to find out Potential optimization opportunities and solve abnormal situations 4. Become a product expert of Pangle and deeply understand the solutions for different products 5. Keep up with industry trends and work closely with the product team to optimize existing products and functions 6. Participate in shaping Pangle's commercialization tools and products.
Qualifications
1. 3-5 years of work experience related to advertising monetization or placement, bachelor's degree in computer, information, business, economics or related fields degree 2. Have solid analytical skills and experience in using statistical methods to solve practical problems 3. Have a collaborative spirit and strong adaptability, and desire to innovate and achieve success 4. Have strategic thinking and overall planning capabilities, and be able to Communicate complex information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences 5. Bonus points: Possess basic knowledge of SQL and data structures Demonstrated enthusiasm for technology and changing trends Ability to multi-task efficiently and work on Thrives in complex environments excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
