Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Operations and Platform Optimization:
- Support the day-to-day e-Commerce operations, including inventory management, pricing, order processing, and customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to optimize the e-Commerce platform, enhance the user experience, and drive conversions.
- Monitor website performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to maximize e-Commerce sales.
Design and Content Creation:
- Utilize design software and tools to create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, videos, and other multimedia assets for marketing campaigns.
- Support the design and development of website layouts, landing pages, and email templates to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
- Create promotional materials, event collateral, flyers, brochures, and other design-related materials to support marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop creative concepts and designs that align with brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all design materials.
Digital Marketing Campaign Optimization:
- Assist in optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and search engine marketing (SEM).
- Conduct A/B testing, analyze campaign performance metrics, and make data-driven optimizations to improve ROI and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual representation across digital marketing channels.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics related to e-Commerce sales, website traffic, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, website analytics, and customer behavior.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and drive business growth.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of e-Commerce operations and marketing initiatives.
- Support the implementation of new features, functionalities, and integrations on the e-Commerce platform.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute digital marketing campaigns effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-Commerce operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Mailchimp) or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of e-Commerce platforms, digital marketing techniques, and analytics tools.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to navigate and troubleshoot e-Commerce platforms and content management systems (CMS).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of the wine industry and consumer preferences is desirable.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, Shopify and web development is a plus.
