Job Description - Digital Marketing Manager

Take full advantage of the latest digital innovations, practices and tactics to effectively plan, develop, implement and manage the digital marketing strategy, initiatives and programs encompassing Corporate website, SEO & SEM, eDM, social media, and analytical tools so as to achieve the organization’s overall objectives in brand building, leads generation and revenue growth.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Through developing effective digital marketing strategy and initiatives to drive the market awareness and leads generation for GS1 barcode membership and GS1 Hong Kong’s solutions and services
  • Ensure the effective planning and promotion of anchor events and industry engagement programs through different online channels
  • Develop creative digital marketing ideas, strategic and engaging contents and take lead to launch digital marketing campaigns and content distribution strategy 
  • Ensure an effective mix of safe, stable and powerful online advertising and promotion tools to support various BU
  • Manage the e-blasting control mechanism, data privacy policy compliance & evaluation of contractor
  • Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, website traffic, digital marketing platforms and activities 
  • Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget
  • Lead, supervise and motivate members of the digital marketing team 
  • Stay updated with digital trends, the latest marketing technology, competitive activities, and best practices to drive innovation in lead generation

 

Requirement:

 

  • Degree holder in Marketing/Communications/Multi-media or related disciplines
  • 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • 5 years+ experience in digital marketing, solid experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • Proficient in content creation, website, SEO/SEM strategies, and social media engagement. Experience in digital agency is an advantage
  • Hands on experience with Google Analytics, strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Creative & innovative mind-set and eager to change with new concepts/ trends
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to multitask
  • ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Good command of written Chinese and English
