Duty Manager

Our client is a  renowned Contractor based in Hong Kong, providing market leading packages to hire a Duty Manager to lead a team for their projects. * Candidates with more experience will be considered as Site Managers .  Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules and timeline.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget
• Monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and maintain quality standards
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals, and meet regulatory requirements
• Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates
• Manage all project-related documentation
   

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above, with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in which 3 years of experience in managing sizable team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driving license and Security Personnel Permit
• Possess a valid Security Personnel Permit issued under Security and Guarding Services Ordinance (Chapter 460, The Laws of Hong Kong).
  Good technical skills such as road work, traffic management and first aid;
• Relevant experience in law enforcement and possess knowledge in Road Traffic Ordinance and its subsidiary legislations, taxi operation
  and other transportation related regulation
• Ability to report for duty within 30 minutes of workplace
• Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Chinese. Good supervisory technique is a plus.
