Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager This market leading total solutions provider of highly controlled goods are now looking for an Engineering Manager to join their team to ensure efficiency of end-to-end engineering and maintenance activities of the business. Working alongside the most well-known developer and contractors in the Property/Construction sector, this exciting role will lead to long term career development in the field of Engineering.



Responsibilities :

• Reporting to the Head of Engineering, and leading a team of over 20+ on the Engineering team
• Drive and motivate the engineering team to ensure efficient controls and support on the repairs, maintenance and modifications within the plant's heavy equipment, and vehicles reliability management
• Continuously thrive to improve processes in a IoT plant environment
• Actively liaise with vendors on cost, materials, and component selection
• Lead, inspire and develop teams with new skills for continuous growth and improvement
• Design and own KPI's for quality, performance, deliver and costs for all projects
• Provide direction on plant production performance
• Ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements :

• Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline
• Chartered Engineer Qualification would be highly desirable
• At least 10+ years of experiences, ideally working with heavy capital machinery or heavy vehicles
• At least 5 years of leadership roles on leading an engineering department.
• Strong analytical strengths and the ability to evaluate multiple forms of engineering data.
• Experienced in process management with hands on exposure in product development, product engineering, component engineering.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a must
