Finance & IT Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the financial operation of all the Group companies and provide overall accounting services including daily accounting duties, monthly account and financial analysis


• Responsible for timely and accurate preparation of the monthly accounts, financial and management reports etc


• Responsible for family members overall accounting services including daily accounting duties, monthly account and financial analysis


• Prepare and implement strategic plan of Finance department to facilitate the contribution to the overall business results


• Develop budget and forecasts with a vision to growth and efficiency


• Prepare cash flow forecast and planning to ensure that cash is planned and managed in an efficient manner. Explore and develop plans to grow cash in the company’s business activities


• Manage relationships with our bankers and coordinate and achieve goals for the banking facilities


• Manage export credit, insurance and product liability for the trading business


• Review and streamline the daily operating systems on an on-going basis to increase the operational efficiency and to strengthen the internal control systems


• Supervise the statutory returns and tax filings on a timely basis


• Liaise with auditors to complete the audited accounts


• Develop and support ERP implementation to satisfy internal control and financial reporting requirements


• Support CEO on a new JV in Vietnam for corporate structure, tax and cash management including operating activities in Vietnam


• Perform ad hoc reports


• Oversees IT department


• Act as a Project Leader to source and implement a CRM  system for the sales team, when required


• Looking into the whole business operation in Hong Kong and overseas and identifying the areas where productivity can be improved


• Develop strategic and operational plans for the management and enhancement of IT capabilities to facilitate achievement of company goals and objectives    

Requirements

• Degree holder in Accountancy/ Finance or related disciplines


• Qualified in professional body, e.g. ACCA, HKICPA


• At least 5 years managerial experience in accounting field experience


• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, and proficient in Microsoft Excel 


• Hands on knowledge and experience in HK accounting and tax matters, preferable with experience in /exposure to business operation in Vietnam


• Related working experience in IT is an advantage


• Solid user / implementation experience in Microsoft Dynamic 365 Business Central is preferable


• Knowledge of costing and inventory control.


• Experience in business operations will definitely a plus. 


• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)


• Strong analytical and communication skills with a proactive approach in work


• Detail-minded, well organized, good interpersonal and communication skills
