GRAPHIC DESIGNER (FMCG)

Job Description :

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from initiation to completion, leading the design process through conceptualization, execution, and production with support from the Project Management team
• Oversee the conceptualization and execution of design projects for digital marketing campaigns
• Develop creative strategies to effectively communicate brand messages across various digital platforms
• Create visually stunning artwork for social media channels, adhering to brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Lead the design process for websites, ensuring seamless user experiences and visually appealing interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketers, to optimize website performance and functionality.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends and technologies to enhance website design capabilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in relevant design-level positions at significant global consumer brands
• Excellent command of written and spoken English as the working language.
• Ability to lead and collaborate on high-impact and complex projects
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and complete assignments.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in social media artwork and website design.
• Experience developing visual content for social media.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
