Graphic Designer ( International company, Junior Welcome )

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for creating various visual materials such as logos, brochures, flyers, posters, advertisements, social media graphics, website layouts, and other marketing collateral. 
• Develop visually appealing and effective designs. 
• Work closely with digital marketing team and project managers to understand the design needs, objectives, and target audience. 
• Develop design concepts and ideas. Brainstorm, sketch, create mood boards, and research design trends to come up with innovative and original visual solutions. 
• Use design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign to create digital designs. Manipulate images, create illustrations, choose color schemes, select appropriate fonts, and arrange visual elements to develop high-quality designs. 
• Work as part of a creative team, collaborating with other designers, copywriters, and marketing professionals. Incorporate feedback, make revisions, and work on multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in design elements, colors, fonts, and overall visual identity. Ensure that the designs align with our brand's image, values, target audience and industry regulations. 
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, software, and tools. Continuously enhance the skills and knowledge to deliver designs that are modern, visually appealing, and effective in achieving intended goals. 

Requirements :

• Proficient in English and Mandarin; overseas work experience is a plus 
• Majors in Design, Art or related subjects 
• Proficient in various design softwares (PS/AI/ etc.) 
• Work experience in fashion retail, technology, e-cigarette, consumer electronics or FMCG design industries; 
• Strong design ability; take the initiative to explore new things, and have artistic and commercial sensitivity; 
• Excellent communication and coordination skills 
• Ability to enhance output designs from the perspective of brand experience and user experience; be able to quickly understand the market and competing products; 
• Familiar with the process from concept creation to design and production; familiar with the application of colour in diff erent materials, processes, materials, etc.; 
• Possess product thinking; focus on user experience, gain insight from user pain points, formulate visual component specifi cations, and pay attention to design precipitation
• More senior candidates will be considered for the Design Lead position
