Responsibilities
1. Support related teams such as life services/business mid-end R&D, have an in-depth understanding of business conditions and team operations, understand business strategies, and promote the effective implementation of human resources strategies in business departments 2. Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above 2. Familiar with the R&D team and the characteristics of the R&D organization 3. Understand the basic work of each module of human resources, Bonus points for those with OTD experience 4. Familiar with relevant national human resources policies, laws and regulations 5. Self-driven, strong thinking ability, serious and responsible, friendly, able to bear greater work pressure, and able to adapt to the company's rapidly developing work rhythm .
